President of Spanish Professional Society
After serving as SPS's Social Media Manager the prior semester, I became President in Fall of 2022. In this student organization, we unite students interested in the Hispanic professional world, putting on a variety of casual, cultural, and professional events.
Music
In my spare time, I enjoy singing and playing the piano. I started the piano when I was six years old, competing in some Jazz piano competitions in middle school. In high school, I was in Soul Band for four years and played piano for Tri-County Technical College's Jazz Band for a semester.
Member of Debate Club
In August 2022, I joined Clemson University's Debate Club, traveling to Toronto in September to compete in the Hart House Debate Tournament.
Travel
Living in England for eight years allowed for easy and affordable travel to Spain, France, and the Netherlands. My trips to Madrid, Seville, San Sebastián, Ibiza, Salamanca, Paris, Lyon, and Amsterdam undoubtedly influenced my interest in languages and culture

Bartending
Working in the customer service industry for several years has allowed me to develop my people skills. Most recently, as a bartender I obtained my TiPS Alcohol Certification and plan to be liquor trained.
Languages
When I moved to England at the age of twelve, I started studying French and realized I had an aptitude for languages. Later, I also picked up Spanish and at Newcastle University, I studied Japanese for several years.
